Angel Hair Pasta & Shrimp with Smoked Cheddar

Description
This is a quick and simple but very decicious dish. Trust me, everyone loves it.
Ingredients
- 1 lb med-large shrimp
- 1 lb angel hair pasta, cooked al dente
- 2 c shreadded smoked chedder cheese
- 1⁄2 c romano or parmesan cheese, shredded
- 2 clv minced garlic
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T butter
- 1 T parsley flakes, or more, if you want
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the pasta until it's al dente. Drain.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil; saute garlic for 1 minute. Add in shelled and cleaned shrimp. Saute until just about done- 3-4 minutes. Add in pasta & cheeses. Take off the heat. Mix well. Add salt & pepper & parsley. Toss the buter in to finish. Shrimp will finish cooking on their own. That's it. Be prepared for the ooohs and ahhhs.
